Chris Pitbulls, the health and well being of our dogs is our highest priority. We take great care in planning every breeding, raising every puppy and supporting every family. Our Health Guarantee reflects our commitment to responsible breeding, transparency and lifelong accountability.

Our Commitment to Health

All puppies bred at Chris Pitbulls are raised in a clean, nurturing and well monitored environment. From birth, each puppy receives proper nutrition, social interaction and veterinary oversight to ensure they develop both physically and emotionally.

We do not breed dogs with known hereditary health issues, and we carefully select breeding pairs based on health, structure and temperament.

Veterinary Care and Health Checks

Before leaving our care, every puppy:

  • Is examined by a licensed veterinarian

  • Receives age appropriate vaccinations

  • Is dewormed on a regular schedule

  • Is cleared for travel and placement

  • Comes with full health and vaccination records

Only puppies deemed healthy and fit by a veterinarian are placed with new families.

Initial Health Guarantee Period

We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of delivery.

You are required to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival. This ensures early detection of any potential issues and protects both the puppy and the buyer.

If your veterinarian finds a serious, life threatening illness or congenital condition that was present prior to delivery, you must notify us immediately with written documentation.

Genetic Health Guarantee

Chris Pitbulls provides a genetic health guarantee covering serious hereditary conditions that may affect the puppy’s quality of life.

If a licensed veterinarian confirms a severe genetic condition within the specified guarantee period that significantly impacts the dog’s well being, we will work with you to provide a fair and reasonable resolution. This may include:

  • Replacement puppy when available

  • Credit toward a future puppy

This guarantee does not cover conditions caused by injury, neglect, improper nutrition or lack of veterinary care.

What Is Not Covered

Our Health Guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor or treatable conditions such as parasites, allergies or stress related issues

  • Illness caused by environmental changes or travel stress

  • Injuries or accidents after delivery

  • Conditions resulting from improper care, poor nutrition or lack of vaccinations

  • Routine veterinary expenses

Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain the Health Guarantee, buyers must:

  • Provide proper nutrition and care

  • Keep vaccinations up to date

  • Maintain regular veterinary visits

  • Provide a safe and loving environment

  • Notify us promptly of any health concerns

We are always available to guide new owners and help prevent issues through proper education and support.

Our Lifetime Support Promise

While our formal Health Guarantee has defined terms, our support does not end.

We remain available to:

  • Answer health and care questions

  • Offer training and adjustment advice

  • Provide guidance throughout your dog’s life

Our Ethical Promise

We stand firmly behind every puppy we produce. If at any point in your dog’s life you are unable to keep your Pitbull, we require that the dog be returned to us or rehomed with our involvement. No dog bred by Chris Pitbulls should ever end up abandoned or neglected.
